Master Wood Restorer & Founder
Romani Restoration began in San Francisco in 1986 as an antique-furniture refinishing service. Marco’s craft deepened in the year 2000 in Florence, Italy, where he studied French Polish and traditional stain-mixing techniques that few craftsmen practice today.
He relocated to Pasadena and has now restored fine wood for over 35 years — expanding into the historic Craftsman and Bungalow homes the city is famous for. Every project is handled personally, by hand, with the patience of a true artisan.

This Arts & Crafts 1910 Craftsman-style home overlooks the Arroyo Seco in Pasadena. In 2009 it was awarded the Historic Preservation Award by the City of Pasadena and the State of California for its meticulous renovation and refinishing restoration.
